Per Diem Law Solutions, P.C. ONLY services licensed attorneys and considers all our work to be the work product and property of the supervising attorney customer. Therefore, we realize all attorney client information is governed by the American Bar Association Rule 1.6 that prohibits the sharing with any third parties collected confidential information about any work assignment, attorney- client communications, or project unless we provide a public notice of our policy and practices regarding the protection of the confidentiality and security of all attorney-client information.

Information that we collect:

Per Diem Law Solutions, P.C. collects nonpublic personal information from the following sources:

  • Information we received from each licensed attorney client on applications or other forms.

  • Information about each attorney client transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; and

  • Information we received from consumer reporting agencies.

WE DO NOT SHARE ANY INFORMATION WHETHER NON-PUBLIC OR PERSONAL WITH ANYONE WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM THE ATTORNEY CUSTOMER EXCEPT FOR DISCLOSURES PERMITTED BY LAW.

We understand protection of attorney-client information is of the utmost importance and each attorney customer must protect their license to practice law in their respective states and country. Guarding all attorney work-product and privacy is our lawful obligation. We have strict policies and procedures to safeguard all attorney client privileged information. Some of these measures involve technology that is required to maintain data security. Some are more traditional and include things such as training employees about the importance of confidentiality of all attorney work-product information and of limiting access to such information on a need-to-know basis. We review and update our practices as needed to maintain the security of your personal information. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
